These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services offered by The Bizness Atelier. By registering, making payment, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

English Coaching Services
1. Services
The Bizness Atelier offers premium English conversation coaching in two formats: Premium Group Courses and Premium 1-1 Sessions. All sessions are delivered live via Zoom.
2. Payment
Payment is required in full before the commencement of each course or session package. No service will be delivered prior to receipt of payment.
3. Refund Policy
A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment. After this window, no refunds will be issued. Once a course or session has commenced, no refund will be provided as preparation begins immediately upon registration.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling — 1-1 Sessions
- All changes or cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.
- Genuine emergencies may be considered at the instructor's sole discretion.
- Students select a recurring weekly time slot at booking.
5. Group Course Policy
- Four 90-minute sessions per month. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- The instructor may reschedule with reasonable notice in unforeseen circumstances.
- The instructor reserves the right to remove a student for disruptive conduct without refund.
6. Outcomes
No guarantee of specific language learning outcomes is made. Progress depends on individual effort and engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the intellectual property of the instructor and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Personal information is used solely for delivering and administering services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Signature Business Retainer
8a. Retainer Terms
The Signature Retainer is a monthly rolling agreement. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Services included are as described at the time of agreement and confirmed in writing before the first billing date.
Professional Document & Research Services
9. Nature of Services
Professional document drafting, contract reading & plain-language summary, and regulatory & compliance research are provided on a freelance consulting basis. These are communication and language services — they do not constitute legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
10. No Professional Regulated Advice
Nothing provided under our professional services constitutes legal or financial advice. Clients requiring such advice should consult a suitably qualified professional.
11. Contract Reading & Summary
Our contract reading service translates complex document language into plain English. It does not constitute a recommendation to sign or act on any document. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions.
12. Document Drafting
Documents are drafted from established templates for communication purposes and should be independently reviewed before execution.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bizness Atelier shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance upon our services.
14. Confidentiality
Information shared in the course of service delivery will be treated with discretion and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
15. Payment — Professional Services
Payment terms are agreed per project and confirmed in writing before work begins. Cancellations after work has commenced may incur a partial charge.
General Terms
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication in the first instance.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
